Returns within the US

We will accept merchandise for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Free of stains, marks, or damage. In its original packaging, including all tags and labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are final sale are not eligible for returns. These are items marked as final sale, gift cards and products purchased during clearance or promotional events (unless stated otherwise).

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return shipping label.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on your orders.

Exchanges with the US

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for items of the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability.

International Returns
