This bra is super comfortable! Compresses just enough to keep everything in place while moving about but not enough to make you feel constricted or uncomfortable. The fabric is also a really nice touch because it gives the sensation of wearing nothing while still being supportive. Sports bras are my go-to for my daily activities & this is now one of my favorites.
