With all the preparation, gift buying and decorations that are a part of the holiday spirit, it is easy to skip workouts. To avoid missing your workouts, create a daily fitness schedule and stick with it. Plan in advance when you will workout and the content of each workout session. Get Enough Sleep and Take Time for Relaxation
Make sure are getting the recommended eight hours of sleep or more each night. Set a specific time that you will retire to bed and hold firm to it. This could be as simple as reading a few chapters from a book or taking a 20 minutes nap.
Boost your Immune System
Your immune system is your defense against illnesses and diseases. Therefore, it is important to keep it balance. Consume foods and vegetables that are rich in vitamin c, probiotics and antioxidants, which will provide a boost to your immune system. Adequate sleep, mediation, and exercise also play great roles in immune health.
